When Manuka’s door quietly opened in 2015 it didn’t take long for the locals to appreciate the delicious, soulful Woodfire cooking from our chef & owner Kenny McHardy. Manuka Woodfire Kitchen is not just pizza, their tantalising menu offers up a range of slow cooked meats, seafood, seasonal fruit and vegetables all sourced from Western Australia. Cooked in the Woodfire and designed for sharing.
