Alongside an amazing wine, beer, spirit and cocktail list Liberté offer a dynamic lunch and dinner menu that draws its influence from both Vietnam and France, courtesy of owner and Chef Amy Hamilton.

Amy is a champion the produce from the Great Southern region of Western Australia, and incorporated these ingredients into the dishes that create the Liberté experience.
